Error after installing Roundcube

Firstly, let me just say what a wonderful webmail app. Best out there at the
moment!!! I've been using Squirrelmail for years and RoundCube is a breath
of fresh air :o)
 
Anyway, I'm getting the following error message when attempting to load
RoundCube:
 
DB Error in
/home/bassroom/public_html/bassroom/roundcube/program/include/rcube_db.inc
(63): DB Error: insufficient permissions
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: query() in
/home/bassroom/public_html/bassroom/roundcube/program/include/rcube_db.inc
on line 124 
 
 
I'm using the same account and password I've configured for Mambo and I've
given the user all privileges to the DB... Does it matter if the DB username
and database have underscores? Here are the lines from my db.inc.php file:
 
$rcmail_config['db_dsnw']='mysql://bassroom_apps:*passwordhere*@localhost/ba
ssroom_roundcube';

Output from cPanel showing the user having all privileges:

bassroom_roundcube

    Users in roundcube
    bassroom_apps (Privileges: ALL PRIVILEGES)


 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
