my question

Dear sir,

 

I'm a web developer maintaining a website that has web mail client. I see
RoundCube Webmail is a great browser-based web mail client. It works better
and faster than my current web mail does. Unfortunately, it doesn't support
writing mail in Khmer script like my web mail does, so my question is "Can I
adapt it to have the ability to send mail in khmer script? Or is it fixed
and can't be changed?". hopefully, you will reply me with answer soon.
