Hebrew Translation - give a blank page

Hi all,
 I was trying to do an Hebrew Translation (which also means doing it
Right-To-Left).
 I Added in the localization dir a 'he' directory with all the files, and
translated all messages and lables to hebrew.
 But, when i set the 'he' in the main.inc.php - and trying to access the
webmail i get a blank page.
 If any one has any idea, i would appriciate that.
