RC doesn't append @domain.com even with host specificed

I'm setting up roundcube on an account hosted by Mosso.com.

I've set my host to:

$rcmail_config['mail_domain'] = 'jtpre.com';

However, even though the server box is hidden at the login screen it will
only log in if I put then entire email address for the username. I'm using
the latest beta build from the website, not CVS.

Can someone point out what I'm missing here?
