And the next logical step would be to allow opening a message on 
pressing the carriage return.  In Outlook/Thunderbird pressing Enter 
while multiple messages are highlighted opens each of them in their own 
window.  Obviously this would not be the best approach given RC's 
current layout.  Any suggestions as to what to do when Enter is pressed 
while multiple messages are highlighted?

a) ignore the event
b) open first message (from top)
c) don't implement this feature

I'm inclined towards a) myself.
