mail.force_extra_parameters patch

Hi,
I made patch for sendmail.inc

http://elf.no-ip.org/~elf/contribute/roundcubewebmail/2006-02-18/mail-force_extra_parameters.patch

In safe_mode, mail() cannot use the 5th argument.
The 5th argument can be set up by ini_set() with PHP 5.
This patch adds that feature.
