shift-select and control-select patch

 	This patched worked successfully.  It works wonderfully in 
Firefox, but I tried IE just to see, and it apparently is seeing the left 
click as part of a highlight command, so the shift click gets processed 
twice, once by roundcube, and correctly highlights messages in red, but 
the click is also processed by IE and highlights the text (sometimes the 
whole page) in blue, as if I wanted to copy and paste the text.
 	It doesn't do it all the time - I had a hard time reproducing it 
reliably - thought maybe it had to do where I clicked, or whether the 
shift click was above or below the first click.
