Segfaults after the 'Cannot modify header...' error

As a followup, I'm now seeing some regular segfaulting of Apache after some of the 'Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in Unknown on line 0" error that I keep getting in /var/log/httpd-error.log:

This is on Apache 2.0.58 with php5-5.1.4  -  FreeBSD 6.0
