Empty cache-control

All,

I've noticed that RoundCube sends an empty "Cache-control: " header in 
the HTTP response when the "send_future_expire_header()" function is 
used. I read the HTTP 1.1 specification, and didn't see where an empty 
value was meaningful in this header. Does anyone know the intent behind 
this empty header, or what behavior might be expected?
