[RCD] more clear to define zh_CN and zh_TW translation

Hi,

but what's the point to write "Simplified Chinese" in non-simplified (a.k.a. 
Traditional) characters? Then those who need it can't read it ;)

Shouldn't it better be
简体中文 instead of 簡體中文?
