[RCD] Ignore Reply-To when replying to own message (#1489230)

Generally, this commit works, but there are two things I'd like to
ask/mention:

1) When replying to an own message (if it does have a Reply-To: header or
not), the default identity is being used rather than the identity which was
being used in the original message (i.e. the message I'm replying to). Is
this intentional? I would prefer to use the identity of the original message
- which would also be more logical, IMO.

2) How is an own message detected at all? I have lots of messages which
should IMO be detected as an own message (because the From: header matches
one of my identities), but which are not detected as an own message. These
are messages which I sent from the company and Bcc'd them to my private
address.

Cheers,
