TinyMCE had its own spellchecking button that used Googiespell, which
worked ok but wasn't inherently configurable with a different URL
(#1484196). I have a fix almost done, but I've had trouble with Nox on
Leopard so I'm trying to figure out how to test it.

Not yet, the v2.1.3 version had a lot of good fixes in it, so there was
no compelling reason to go to v3.0. I'm happy to merge in the 3.0
version, though, if you think there's any reason to do it for 0.1-stable.

If I can get the spelling stuff worked out, the only remaining TinyMCE
issue is working around the IE7 bug with the onchange handlers on the
HTML/Plain toggle.
