That's why I was talking about releasing 0.2.2 before merge.
Currently you can distinguish bugfixes assigned to 0.2.2 with trac, but
it could be too much work to do it and probably some patches will not
apply cleanly. So, if you want to release 0.2.2 with changes
before merge only, that's ok, but remember to clean newer changelog entries.
