[RoundCube Users] How to fix a #1064 SQL error? What is a 1064 error? Thanks

Sorry for sending this out twice. Forgot subject line..


I'm trying to install the latest build on dreamhost. When I enter the  
index information in the SQL window of dreamhost I get the following.  
I love roundcube but unfortunately I have little skill in these  
things and am just following instructions. Anybody able to suggest  
something?
