Who configured your Roundcube, you or someone else? Do you have access 
to the server that runs Roundcube? If yes, check Roundcube's SMTP 
configuration. Something(s) (most likely the email policies) have 
changed on the SMTP server side that prevent your Roundcube from sending 
emails out through the smtp server. Contact whoever administers the smtp
