imho roundcube should ensure 7bit mime always
i forgot to think of html aswell can be base64, quoted-printelble while
use utf8, hmm, if base64, quoted-printeble was turn of in html there
would be a chance that utf8 works without breaking dkim ?
i see it as lots of misstakes when writing html emails
php can have tidy enabled to reduce it all
