Separate column for status icon

What do you think about this? Since I'm using Thunderbird3 I think this is not a bad idea to have a separate column for read status (and undelete) icon. Hi, I’ve attached updated Swedish localizations of labels.inc and messages.inc. We did not translate the strings "Mail-Reply-To" or "Mail-Followup-To". With gmail imap it's incredible slow... sometimes it get a timeout error. The previous version was fast...
