Session timeout, has to be top priority!!!

That is killing me! In Firefox I have lost multiple emails as I was writing them and then cannot go back and copy out my text. I just added this ticket. Am I the only one with this problem or do I have "expired buddies". :-) I can't find error messages anywhere, so I'm kind of lost. :-( Any ideas on how to debug this? Thomas, Thank you for getting this into the Trunk. I will start testing as soon as possible. On the subject of UTF collation, I will need to look further into this. SQL Server does not support UTF but uses the UCS-2 standard for Unicode data instead. The first change would be to change the data types of all the char, varchar and text columns to nchar, nvarchar and ntext to allow Unicode - that's the easy part and we could then leave the collation as it is. I would then have to look at converting the UTF data to UCS-2 with a new function. I'll let you know how when I have more details. Hi, It must be tuesday. I'm productive today. Attached is my attempt at implementing a preview pane in the message list On single-clicking a message it halfs the list, and uses the remaining space for an <iframe> containing the message. 1. Is anybody interested in my efforts? 2. Any HTML object has an empty style in JS. How did that happen? For example, rcube_find_object('mailcontframe').style.length returns zero. 3. The iframe needs to be resized on browser resize. 4. href's within the iframe need to be sent to the parent. 5. I wanted to use this.set_busy(true) but could not yet find a proper place to this.set_busy(false). Robin

PATCH: Message with no parts

Hello, I have here (message.txt.gz) a problematic message. When trying to forward it, the body of the message disappears. I have a patch that fixed that, but am not 100% sure I'm doing the right thing. The message seems to have no mime parts, so $IMAP->get_message_part() fails to retrieve part number one. Also attached is the patch (no_parts_fix.patch). Can anybody comment if this is the right fix? It is some time since I set up PHP on my Win2k3, it did take me one or two attempts to get it up and running but it is now very stable. If you have any specific problems please let me know and I will try and help out. Attachments not showing in message

I recently installed the latest relase (beta) and everything is working great, except, when I attach some documents (Excel .xls, for example), the attachment is sent fine, but when I copy myself and read the message I sent, it does not appear in the message - so I can't click on it or download it to verify my message. However, the fact that there is an attachment is tracked on the message list - there is a little attachment icon and attachment size on the message list summary. I tried retrieving the email from another email client and it does show the attachement fine... I tried the same exercise (email attachment, copy myself) with a .pdf document and there was no problem. So, I'm not sure what the pattern is - if it has to do with file size, type, etc. Both were relatively small attachments (<100K). Any ideas? Thanks. Todd

understanding roadmap

Hello, i use roundcube and i have some questions to the roadmap. If i see the releases from roundcube i see that every release have new functions and will bring new bugs and all old bugs are not fixed. why dont you fix all open bugs first and include after that new features? Roundcube is good to use but it should always be stable! My two cent on this sunday. regards, Frank
