Macedonian Translation?

I would like to point out that the proper name (according to many international organisations UN etc) for "Macedonia" is FYROM. I believe that that name is proper as the other term is politically and emotionally charged and will offend a many number of Greek and Greek-descended users. I realise that this is not a political forum but I also believe that it is politically correct to use FYROM. Thanks all! Jim Deves

[feedback-wanted] structural changes (PHP5, MDB2)

Hi, we were just pondering how many of you still rely on PHP4 support since we'd make life easier and drop it on devel-vnext completely. Same goes for our DB logic, MDB2 is very mature currently - should we rely on it exclusively? Thoughts? Comments? Feedback? Cheers, Till

Hello, I am wondering what has become of that bug? Is it solved? Last mails which referred to it were posted in September 2006 (at least those I've found). I aplied the workaround Mr. B. Vrieling suggested and it seems it is working just fine. If I am reffering to a closed or even fixed bug (even though I googled the net and didn't find bug-fix or -clouser report related to this issue), please just direct me to the right url, where i can read more about it. lp, Uros

html editor new line

Is there a configuration setting that changes the html editor's html generation so that it uses <br> tags instead of <p> tags for new lines? I guess this is a tinyMCE related problem and it might not be addressable here. I find it a little annoying that pressing enter spreads things out so much. I have been using plain text as my default because of that. Other than that one issue, I very much enjoy using roundcube, and I want to take the moment to thank all the developers for contributing. Fix hanging logging

Hello, We use Rouncube with an IMAP Proxy (nginx). nginx does not nicely handle bad username and password, on bad username and password, it returns an IMAP internal server error and terminate the session. This patch allows rouncube to not wait for the timeout and report the bad logging. Hi my name is Gorjan and I'm from Macedonia. I've been using Roundcube webmail as a part of my mail server structure for about a year now.I'm very pleased as how this project is progressing and of the features (implemented and upcoming) that it offers. This is my contribution to the localization segment of roundcube. In the archive attachment are placed both localization files translated using coding from microsoft's windows xp Macedonian keyboard localization.I'll be very great full if you place the translation in the next version.Thx in advance. Certain users cannot log in ..

We have set up a server with the latest download version of roundcube. However, whereas MOST users can log in, there are some that just get "Login Incorrect" - even though the user/pass is definitely right (tested). Any ideas where to start looking ? I have turned up the logging level to max, but there are no errors logged .... Integration with other services

Hi Guys, I apologise if this should be sent to the users list, but I wasn't 100% sure. What I want to do is have RoundCube sync with my custom PHP application also hosted on the same server. Both have separate MySQL databases, but are on the same local machine. I was curious if anyone had found a way to transfer contacts from one database to the other. I am hosted on Dreamhost, so I do have the ability to run cron jobs, say every hour or so. The reason I ask is that I see roundcube created a vcard file so I want to ensure that anything I add is correctly included in the system so my users just see everyone in roundcube as well as in our CRM system. On a related note, are there any other fields being added to the contact form in roundcube? It isn't very important as my application sync's with my users address book (on OSX) with all of the details they need. Cheers guys, I have searched google and will continue to! Cheers! ~Chris Watt

Odd search behaviour when in SENT folder

I am using Roundcube RC1 on Linux using PHP 5.1.6. Problem: When I perform a search in the SENT folder, the search never queries against the TO: field of the email. It only does the FROM: and SUBJECT: fields. This is not right. I peeked at the code in /program/steps/mail/search.inc and it seems like the default search criteria (when a specific criteria is not specified, I guess) is to only search the SUBJECT and the FROM fields: // search in subject and sender by default else { $subject = array("HEADER SUBJECT", "HEADER FROM"); $search = trim($str); } This makes perfect sense when the folder is *not* the SENT folder, but hampers searching within the SENT folder itself. I am not familiar enough with the Roundcube code, but I would think a fix would be to add an additional conditional such that if the folder being search is the SENT folder, change the default search criteria to search the TO: and not the FROM:. Someone want to validate my analysis? Comment on my theory? Provide a patch? A snippet of code, per chance? Thanks. ..Bruce
