Folder collapsing (#1267231)

Hi, I fully implemented collapsing folders. Collapsed/expanded state of a folder is saved in the user's preferences. Please test. I'd like specific feedback on the following: - the structure of the 'string' I use to save the state of collapsed/expanded folders - the place where I save the preferences (now in steps/mail/func.php). Thomas, Can we not add a download-option to the installer, for main.inc.php and db.inc.php? Something like attached patch (except that it doesn't really work right now because of output already sent). What do you say for separators in toolbar + icons order change? Search bug

With 0.1.1 and PHP 5.2.6 search was never finding anything. PHP Warning: join() Invalid arguments passed in roundcubemail-0.1.1/program/include/rcube_imap.inc on line 673 $msgs is already a string from the is_array() test earlier in _list_header_set().
