That was a version compatible with RC 0.9.x or older.
At the upgrade to RC 1.0 we forgot it to upgrade, too.
Nearly nothing wrong on your site.
Only the fakt that the plugins in the main RC-Archiv/git
automatic upgrade on RC-Upgrade.

We use contextmenu of 16.04.2014 (release-1.0) in our RC 1.0 installation
and contextmenu of 21.04.2014 (git-master) in our RC 1.1 installation.

We/I have download all newer versions from that.
Only I dont now anymore of the version from 2013 or 2012.
