I have a question: how many users support RounbCube?
If that's what you meant, Id say not a great deal yet as its still in development.
If you meant to ask how many users RoundCube supports, then there is no real limit. It is entirely down to the underlying IMAP server. I see no real reason for any server to have a limit though.
