Not unless they redistribute the code. The upcoming revision of the GPL will probably address this for distributed applications (like RoundCube).
for their webmail client. Its fine to use an open source project for a commercial venture, but you need to give credit to the project.
While giving credit may be the right thing to do, it is not required by the GPL.
