Where can I get the original icon set which was used in RC?

As stated in the README file, the icons were created by Kevin Gerich for the Mac theme of Mozilla Firefox. Meanwhile the artist even published the source files of the complete icon set: http://kmgerich.com/2006/07/11/firefox-browser-ui-artwork-released/

I referenced those icons to create the icon for my iPhone patch. HTH
