Ticket changes are not listed in the timeline feed but you can get them
here: http://trac.roundcube.net/report/12 (available as RSS feed too)
In out company trac there is a checkbox "Ticket Details" in timeline
view. Our trac is at version 0.10.5. There must be a configuration
option....
