In similar fashion to the Web Forum mentioned before, I'd like to offer the facilities for an IRC Channel as a means of communication for users seeking help, or developers needing to convene in a central location.  I have a server that is a part of ecnet.org( http://searchirc.com/network/ECNet , http://www.ecnet.org) and am willing to set this up. 

Any thoughts on this idea?
