[RCD] Diff: session cookie name configurable

Hi,

sometimes people may need to adjust the name of the session cookie set by roundcube. The attached diff makes it a configurable option without changing the default 'roundcube_sessid'. Not a lot people will ever need to change it, but since I do, I'd like to be able to change the cookie name without being forced to hack on core ;)
