I suggested in the past that roundcube must be in Debian repositories and I am happy to hear it almost do it!, but Matt is right, the "traditional" way to install roundube in a single location keep close control of the app. Anyway, I am happy to hear roundcube is growing everyday.
Thanks Roundcube Devs!

Víctor.

Personally, I never saw the point in putting web based apps in the debian repository.
I guess I'm just picky but I'd rather install this sort of app in the location I choose and maintain it on my own since it doesn't require recompilation and it doesn't have any dependencies other than PHP/MySQL/Apache.
I guess it gives another option to those that don't want to do that.

Hi,
It seems that RoundCube is going to enter the official Debian archives soon.
So what is the status now? It is not in debian at the moment so i think
it was
rejected. Do you need help with the package? I also can contact a
sponsor if
the package is clean. If it was rejected what was the reason?
