no, i have to correct you. hitting ctrl+r replies to your personal addresss at least with tb 3.1.x

This list actually fails to set any of the standard list headers. No List-* headers. No Reply-to munging.. etc.

Try it with a list that sets the RFC compliant list-* headers and/or reply-to munging and gmail and thundebird are not consistent.
