Thank you for the replies.
There seems to be no pattern from a message standpoint. But it does seem to be related to caching, when disabled the problem disappears. Though looking at the cache table, I don't really understand how it would have that affect, as it's not caching messages, just counts and folders.
I'm going to try upgrading to the latest SVN and see if it continues, if so I'll report back in with a full issue report.
I didn't do a full report the first time, because I was hoping someone would say, "oh yea, just enable x and y in your php config". But no luck, so thanks for the help.
Yes, using Outlook, but that's only because I can hit "reply" and have my recipient field filled in. :-)

Hi Ethan,
as Rich said, please get us the offending messages!
Also check this (see Samples): http://trac.roundcube.net/trac.cgi/wiki/Howto_ReportIssues
Thanks, Till

Haven't seen that problem before. It sounds as though the message(s)

Send yourself some test messages or see if you can identify a message which has the problem and post the headers to the list (after munging any sensitive data).

Nobody has seen this, or everyone is ignoring the question?
================================================
Hi,
I looked quite a bit but didn't see anyone else complaining about
this.
I recently (3 weeks ago) upgraded to the latest SVN, and migrated configuration files, and database data to the new schema. Actually
I
wasn't sure what may have changed in the schema, so I created a new
DB,
and just migrated the contacts to the new DB.
After that sometimes when clicking on reply in a message, the
compose
window comes up, with all details, except the recent window is
blank,
and the subject contains on "re:". Finally the header inserted at
the
top of the message "On <date>, <recipient> wrote," is missing the
date
and recipient data.
Any ideas what could be wrong? I see no errors in apache error_log
or
in any files in "logs". I believe filesystem permissions are set
correctly.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Ethan
