I just checked out via CVS. I get several errors in my roundcube logs, saying the search.inc in program/steps/mail/ does not exist. Looks like it's not included in the current cvs... I suppose it just takes some time like we know it from sf CVS?
I got that file in the last CVS up just a few minutes ago. Try updating again.
