I think we don't need a separate field for company name. We need an interface for vCard data editing.

something like this may be? http://lists.roundcube.net/mail-archive/dev/2008-11/0000006.html. It needs updating for the new way of doing address look up in compose. It just adds some fields to the address book form and reads/writes everything to the vCard field in the db.
