I've made, the buttons for the selected and active icons for this feature.
I've used layer opacity 40% to make the active ones, and for the selected, I've drawn a layer with a black rectangle, and then applied to the layer 40% opacity as well.
The feature works well for me appying the patch. What about the others? Maybe it could be added in the next svn trunk :)

You have tu put the button pictures in the following directory : skins/default/images/buttons But, 2 of each are missing :
- mark_read_sel.png
- mark_read_pas.png
and
- mark_unread_sel.png
- mark_unread_pas.png

The features appear to work, but the buttons are not displayed in my RC interface. All there is are clickable blank spaces.
