The attached patch adds a configuration option so several domains can
be specified in the login screen in the form of a drop down box.&nbsp;
The domain the user chooses will then be attached to their username to
form their full email address.&nbsp; <br>

<br>

This is useful for IMAP servers that host many domains and the full
email address is needed to login.&nbsp; Tested this pretty throughly....<br>
