1) You can configure the host in config/main.inc.php. If you set a
default host, the input box will disappear. If you specify an array
(PHP code), the login screen will show up an a dropdown list.

2) We will set the mailbox list container as scrollable.

3) This is a known isse and already found place in the development road map.
