From the RouncCube point of view, mail are moved to the Trash folder when you delete them in any of your other mailbox folders. To finally get rid of those mails you are currently forced to delete them manually out of the trash folder. You are perfectly right, there should be a "Empty this Mailbox (folder)" option to click on.

I am using cyrus ;), ill look if there is such an option. But anyway that is not the thing I was searching for.
In Courier you can set an option to automatically emtpy the "Trash"
folder
after X days. I know that this is not what you were asking for, but
still
a nice solution to keep the servers mail storage clean ;-)

Hello!
This is just a small request or question :). Is there an option to emty the trash? Deleted mails go there but how do I delete them from the trash?
Also is that on the todo list to add an automatic mail sorting, like I want mails comming from this list to go into a particular directory in my mail folders. Just like squirrelmail messages filter option. And there is such a thing in Horde.
