while upgrading I recreated all databases and ran cvs update. Everything worked like a charm. HOWEVER, I found one very nasty bug after doing that. Roundcube no more marks messages as read after the update. I can read messages alright and even though it's been marked read after clicking the blue star --- as soon as I reload the page, all previously read messages are back in black.
