Thomas, what with this? Update it or not? You recently done some changes to tr localization and as I see this update is like the version You overwrote.
If it reverts the changes I committed, then we should not update it. Some Turkish speaking person should try those files first and confirm that they are UTF-8 and the texts appear correctly.
