Just review the tickets in our trac, those assigned to 'later' milestone. You could write plugins or core features. There are a few the biggest:

• encryption (I think it's perfect for you,

• contact groups (extended contact data should be implemented first,

which is waiting for inclusion already)

• tabbed interface (this will require a lot of changes in current code,

that's why I planned this for 0.6 or later)

• messages threading (work in progress)
