Yeah, I created the error files. That resolved the first bit. I'll try the cong issue. Yep, changing the debug level worked.

Also, you need to make sure your log files are setup correctly so that the error messages will be saved to them. Otherwise, you'll get no error messages at all (neither screen nor log file). I like to know what is going occurring on my server. ;)
