In git-master, the folders tab is not accessible anymore (no matter which user is logged in). FF does display a blank page (as a FF user is telling me), IE8 is throwing a HTTP 500 along with a message that the page can't be displayed (see attached).
I assume it has to do with the change quoted below. In 0.9.2, all is still working fine.
