[RCD] SpamAssassin Mark as Junk plugin new function

Hi!

I've made some changes on plugin "SpamAssassin Mark as Junk".

• added new option 'samarkasjunk_msgdir' : messages placed here with

special filename even if no learn commands definied. Spam could be learned by a cron job. Useful when exec() is disabled in PHP or You want immediate response from RoundCube GUI. See option comment for details.

• added Hungarian localisation.
