Incorrect naming of INBOX with UW-IMAP

I unfortunately still have a UW-IMAP server which I can't replace.

I have just installed the new release and it is working nicely, but
for one thing.

The root folder prefix is put at the start of the "INBOX" as well as
at the start of all other folders, which is wrong. Our root folder
prefix is "~/Mail/". It ends up creating a file ~/Mail/INBOX as well
as the (correct) other folders called things like ~/Mail/Testing.

It just needs a little extra test to not add the root folder prefix
onto the INBOX.
