No. You can use Ctrl with Arrow Up / Arrow Down.
If that is the case (which is totally new to me, BTW), it doesn't work. At least not in 1.0-git with IE10. If I click on a folder and press Ctrl+Cursor(up/down), nothing happens.
The same applies to RC 0.9.5, BTW.
