The list doesn't seem to be all moderated. Messages come through that I don't receive moderation warnings for. However, perhaps other people are beating me to it.

Does this mean that every mail that goes to the list has to be moderated, or only the ones with recipient not subscribe?
I co-moderate a pgsql list and we let mails from subscribed email pass by, and only moderate the ones that come from emails not suscribed or that have some issue in the headers (header lines to long for example).
