For now I will continue in git master, when the stable version comes out I will have to change using an Updating manually.
Yes it would be a good option for the script to allow the force option.

This is expected. It prevents users from doing a mistake. I guess we could add --force
option to the script to pass that version check, but I think this case is rare.
