Hi, I'm using RC 0.9.4 I changed this configuration in main.inc.php .. $rcmail_config['max_recipients'] = 5; .. Now, there is a way/plugin to allow a specific sender to send message to more than 5 recipient? Thank you very much

Security updates 0.9.5 and 0.8.7

Dear Roundcube users We just published new releases which fix a recently reported vulnerability that allows an attacker to overwrite configuration settings using user preferences. This can result in random file access, manipulated SQL queries and even code execution. The latter one only affects versions 0.8.6 and older. Beside the security fix, the 0.9.5 release also includes other minor bug fixes and improvements. Most notably it brings the default spell checker back after Google suspended their public spell checking service. Please update your installations with the new versions or patch them with the fixes listed below for the various older versions of Roundcube. DB upgrading schema problem

Hi everyone i am beginning in a new place and i found a really old roundcube version 0.5.3 i try to upgrade to 0.9.4 manually but i get stuck with the database schema update, the back end is postgresql the error is Updating database schema (2013011000)... [OK] DB Schema: NOT OK(Database schema differs) Missing table 'cache_index' Missing table 'cache_thread' Missing table 'cache_messages' Missing columns in table 'contacts': words Missing table 'dictionary' Missing table 'searches' >From the webgui i select the proper version from where i am trying to update but nothing changes tables are still missing, any idea how to fix this.Thanks in advance. Hi folks, before I delve into this myself... and my SQL is a bit rusty :-( Is there an approach (script) already, that takes a list (perhaps csv or aliases) to populate the users and identities tables (and more, in case I am not aware) in the DB? In my environment there are some predefined identities, and I don't want users to be able to edit these themselves. tia Hardy

Opening 2 addresses at same time and changing font

Hello I'm really not very tech savvy, sorry. Our organisation has FINALLY managed to work out how we can have .org.au addresses and access them from home - I have 2 and it is handy if I can have them open at the same time rather than logging out and logging in numerous times over the course of the day. Also, it would be great if I could change font sizes, colours etc as I like to highlight aspects of the mail I send out, hoping that people will actually read it .ha. Can I do either of these things through the roundcube 'system'? Thanks for your help/advice, Kelly

New Roundcube Deployment

We switched our main University Webmail service (30k users) to Roundcube on Monday: https://webmail.hermes.cam.ac.uk/ On the whole the deployment has gone well (if we discount a foul up on my part which isn't relevant to this list). Two issues have arisen: First a number of people (in particular elderly, important, Professors) have complained about the fonts and colour scheme used by the Larry theme. In particular the fact that there is no way to increase the size of the font. I don't suppose that plugins exist that would allow people to change the font size? Failing that do people find that the Classic theme is considered an acceptable alternative? At the moment I have disabled that simply because the Larry theme is a better fit to our new University house style. Secondly, a number of people report that Firefox (all the reports to date mention Firefox 22 on MacOS, but that may be a red herring) ships with a popup blocker enabled which blocks the "Send" button after a message has been composed: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pop-blocker-settings-exceptions-trouble… Firefox on my Linux workstation doesn't have any problems, even with the popup blocker enabled. Slightly more alarmingly we have had one report (and only one report to date) where the Send button only works intermittently, which is harder to blame on a popup blocker. I don't suppose that anyone else on this list has had similar experiences? Disabling Addressbook in Roundcube

Hi, wanting to disable the addressbook, I set /$rcmail_config['address_book_type'] = ''; /in /main.inc.php/. The comment above the option says /// This indicates which type of address book to use. Possible choises:// //// 'sql' (default), 'ldap' and ''.// //// If set to 'ldap' then it will look at using the first writable LDAP// //// address book as the primary address book and it will not display the// //// SQL address book in the 'Address Book' view.// //// If set to '' then no address book will be displayed or only the// //// addressbook which is created by a plugin (like CardDAV)./ However, the addressbook tab is still there and when clicking it a "SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE! - Error No. [700]" error appears. upgrade from 0.3.1 to 0.7.1 and distro change

Sorry for first incomplete email! Hi, I'm running roundcube 0.3.1 on a Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Server and planning to set up a complete new Ubuntu 12.04 LTS server with roundcube 0.7.1 at another hoster (so there is no way just to make a dist upgrade). Roundcube 0.3.1 was installed from the Ubuntu repository and because of security updates I'd like to use Ubuntu packages on the new server too. What would be a good way to migrated the mysql database from the old to the new server? Just dump it, restore on the new server and then tell the 0.7.1 to use this old database? Cheers Marcus

custom headers

I'm amazed that I can not locate a plugin, but I'm sure one must exist, on 2013, that allows eaxh user to add customer headers if they want, some users need to add the security headers, some even want to add their PGP header, but no obvious way to do it. Am I having a blonde moment? Nikki
