Upgrading from 0.86 to 0.91 with ./bin/installto.sh

Hi there, Every now and again I try to use the installer script included with RC for upgrading. This has never worked for me, likely because my PHP knowledge sucks. I did not get around this error message six months ago: # ./bin/installto.sh /www/roundcube -su: ./bin/installto.sh: Permission denied # ls -l bin/installto.sh -rwxr-xr-x 1 501 80 3458 May 16 20:06 bin/installto.sh # which php /usr/bin/php Does anyone know what the trick is? Sent items sort column To missing

Roundcube users, Version: 0.9.0 Perhaps I have another flaw in my main.inc.php but I cannot select the column To for sorting in the Sent Items folder. Sorting on From is useless as they were all sent From the same address on the account. There is a Reply-To column but its empty. I edited the main.inc.php and added 'to' but it doesn't show up: // These cols are shown in the message list. Available cols are: // subject, from, to, cc, replyto, date, size, status, flag, attachment $rcmail_config['list_cols'] = array('subject', 'status', 'from', 'to', 'replyto', 'date', 'size', 'flag', 'attachment'); If I click on the Edit button for the columns it shows under List columns the "From/To" but I only get the column From? Can't seem to switch it to "To". (I actually managed to add another From column which is empty :s) Thanks in advance! Inserting a text file ?

People, Is there any way of inserting a text file from the local file system? - there doesn't appear to be (v0.9). Update 0.9.1 released

Hello folks We proudly announce the first service release for the 0.9 series of Roundcube. As usual, it contains some bug fixes and improvements which didn't make it into the first stable version as well as some translation updates. After getting reports that some skin images weren't reloaded due to progressive cache settings, the packaged version now comes with unique urls of skin images referenced by templates and CSS files. If you're pulling the source directly from git you can achieve the same by running bin/updatecss.sh It's considered stable and we recommend to update all productive installations of Roundcube with this version. roundcube-forgot_password plugin

Dear rc users, I have installed roundcube-forgot_password plugin. When I am clicking on the link in my alternate email to reset the password, I am getting the settings page home. The new_password_form is not getting displayed. I am not getting any error also in my log files. What can be the reason. Please help me to sort it out. Thanks in advance.

Broadcast email id for the domain

Dear RoundCube users, I am new to rc and couldn't find a way to create a broadcast mail id or subscription lists. I dont want a address group; I need a common mail id to which anybody can send mails from any domain and all the users in my domain will get the mail. Please do reply. Thanks in advance, Suja

move calendar events to another user

hello. i'm trying to figure out how to move the events created by one user to another user's calendar. i have installed calendar plug in (myroundcube free version), and could export an ics file, but cannot import it on the other user's calendar. it doesn't have an import option. do i have another option or am i missing something? i'm thinking of doing it moving the content directly in database, but don't want to broke the db. thanks in advance.

Original message missing

Roundcube Users list, I have Roundcube 0.9.0 and when I reply an email the Original Message is not being shown nor send with the reply. A forward however does contain the Original Message. I cannot find any options on this either. Does anybody know what is going wrong for me? new_user_identity issue with RCU 0.9

Hi, I was using new_user_identity plugin with RCU 0.8 without problems. I've just upgrade to 0.9 and it doesn't work anymore. I don't have any error message but the pluggin seem to stop to fill user identity when a new user log to the webmail. I've did a tcpdump during user login and no ldap request is sent. When i go to "a propos", the plugin is listed as used in his 1.0.7 version. Any idea?
