Lo and behold: the errors seem to be related to the type of file I want to attach. No matter the OPcache settings, I can successfully attach PDF files, but other file types (i.e. JPG, PNG, TXT) cause the Apache child process deaths. For example, I can attach foo.pdf without problems, but if I rename the file to foo.png, I see crashes. So far I could not find anything related to the file sizes. Could the problem be rooted in the way Roundcube, PHP 5.5 and Apache 2.4 are handling different MIME types? There is no virus checker involved who could choke on different file types, so what could it be? -R

Hi, PDF size is 150 KB. The problem occours with Mozilla Firefox 30 and IE 11; with Google Chrome I have no issue. Issue with PDF attachment

Hi, I am using CentOS + nginx + php-fpm. I am not able to open PDF file through RC 1.0.1 We I click on PDF file, I see a new window with "Loading data..." message and PDF never appears. Can you help me with this problem? Thank you

Recipient selection with mouse currently not working in git-master

Not sure if this is a temporary problem and if it would be "fixed" if I reboot the machine, but currently I have the following 100% replicable problem: Typing a part of the recipient's name/address in any address field, I'm seeing a number of possible selections. But I can't select any of them with the mouse. Oddly, I can mark parts of the offered selections with the mouse instead, see attached. Selecting a recipient with the keyboard does still work, but only if I didn't click on any of the offered selections before. If I did that, even the keyboard selection doesn't work anymore. spell checker hangs

Hello. On our roundcube installation I see the following error. When I send message, roundcube hangs with status "Sending message" for several minutes. Then I receive "Request time out". However, the message is sent. It's related to spell checker. Roudcube instlling nginx+php-fpm

Hi, I'm having a tough time getting roundcube to work. Here's the software I'm using, and the versions: FreeBSD 9.2-RELEASE nginx/1.6.0 PHP 5.4.28 (php-fpm via fastcgi) (all my extensions are listed below) When I browse to /installer/, I get a blank page. Absolutely nothing in my nginx error log, php-fpm log, or php error log. I went through the roundcube requirements list: http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Requirements extension=bz2.so extension=gd.so extension=iconv.so extension=mysql.so extension=session.so extension=xml.so extension=dom.so extension=xmlreader.so extension=xmlwriter.so extension=zlib.so extension=mbstring.so extension=json.so extension=intl.so extension=zip.so extension=filter.so extension=pdo.so extension=pdo_mysql.so Any ideas? Question about RC upgrade

Change Roundcube configuration setting on a per-user basis

Hello, I want to migrate our actual webmailer based on Squirrelmail to Roundcube version 0.9.5 (OS Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5). Using Squirrelmail together with the VLogin-plugin I can connect a certain user using his account for login (and not an email address) to his defined mailbox which is hosted on a cyrus-imap-linux server or a MS exchange system. At the same time I can activate or switch off the availability of specific plugins (for example a sieve filter plugin). I've already installed a roundcube test system, everything works fine now. But I cannot manage that per-user customising with the roundcube vlogin plugin. Within the plugin package there is a file called "TODO" telling me that these features unfortunately aren't realized at the moment. My question to you: is there a way to implement this behaviour? Are there more possibilities if i upgrade to version 1.0.1? Thank you very much in advance.

messages list refreshing unexpectedly

I recently upgraded from Roundcube 0.9.x and I'm now using Roundcube 1.0.1 on FreeBSD with PHP 5.5 With the new release, I find that the messages list refreshes after replying or forwarding.
