I have the password plugin in use for years now with passwords stored in MySQL. I was thinking about something that would send a link to activate a new one. Some days ago a new customer was sitting next to me in front of the screen and he told me he did not write down his password anywhere. This is a very good point...one that can be addressed in its configuration. You see, it pays to do a little research prior to attempting to denigrate someone's contribution to the discussion. First of all, the password plugin is packaged WITH RCE...as in, in the tarball. Second, if you go into the password plugin directory and read the README file, you'll find that section 2, "Drivers", covers 20 possible configurations: 2. Drivers 2.1. Database (sql) 2.2. Cyrus/SASL (sasl) 2.3. Poppassd/Courierpassd (poppassd) 2.4. LDAP (ldap) 2.5. Migration problem

Hello, I made a roundcube migration to another server with another ip address. I made a database backup via phpmyadmin and restored it to the new server. knowing that the old server contains a mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.73 database under redhat 6.8 and the new server contains mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.60-MariaDB under redhat 7.6. The backup and restore procedure worked well. However I can not find the address book and the preferences of the user. Is there a migration and restoration procedure very specific to roundecube so that I find all the data or a support to my problem. Thank you verry much i need your support.

Plugin ident_switch

Hello friends. When I try to send an email after putting the ident_switch plugin, I get an error. The SMTP is authenticated. How can I make the plugin work for me correctly? Specifically, this is the error: SMTP Error (535): Authentication failed. Thank you.

strtotime()

Hello! Moved the old email-stuff to a new server on CentOS, can connect with roundcube after copying the email-folders but get: [14-Apr-2019 19:48:14 UTC] PHP Warning: strtotime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the dat e.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /var/www/root/mailsystem/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_session_db.php on line 104 Also the date of the copied emails are empty. Sending the original IP address to the IMAP server

Hello everyone, I would like to know if there is a way to configure RoundCube to send the original IP address to the IMAP server, using the ID command. This is used in Dovecot, to log the remote IP address where the client is connecting from. and not having the logs filled of connections from "127.0.0.1" Is it something supported by RoundCube? TRYING AGAIN: Replying to previously sent mail

People, I didn't get an answer to this a couple of months so . . trying again: I am currently on version: 1.4-beta but on previous versions, RCM was smart enough to know that when I would reply to a previously sent email in my Sent folder, that it knew the new reply should go to the original recipient and not back to myself - this behaviour has stopped in the last version or so - is there any way I can turn it back on? I am constantly sending out an email with a promise to follow up when I have more information about something and it is very convenient to just reply to the previous email . . and not get it sent to myself . . Problem with Managesieve

Hello, I'm having trouble making the Managesieve plugin work. I had several difficulties to install, I believe because I did not have much experience with Roundcube. Currently, the "create filter" option appears for my users, they create the filters based on their values, but when the email arrives it is not redirected to the folder in question. Example: We have a filter created for the following purpose: When you receive an email from admin01(a)gmail.com, move to the Gmail folder. The email is entering the inbox directly, instead of going to the box named Gmail. (existing box created through the Roundcube interface itself). How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much. Roundcube with webserver hiawatha

Hello! I don't know what went wrong but roundcube does not show the content of the mailfolders and most of the menuentries anymore. Checked all the settings of apache and tried older versions of roundube. Can't find out what causes the problems. Did a fresh install with a new database, no luck. So I am thinking about trying it with another webserver, for example hiwatha. My question is will roundcube run with hiawatha? My portal to roundcube abruptly went out of business leaving me what i thought was no means to view my webmail files. With some effort O/A 2 April, I found "intergate" which gave me the roundcube login page which I used and was able to view all files. The next day and since, using the same path, I am receiving "login failed" messages as if some administrator didn't like my access means and deleted my account. I need those files...who can I contact.

Wenn Sie dies sehen, haben Sie sich wahrscheinlich vor dem Verlassen der Webanwendung nicht abgemeldet. Nun ist eine menschliche Interaktion erforderlich, um fortzusetzen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie Ihren Server-Administrator. This is the first time I saw this. Can't logout. What's my problem?
